Francisco Flores is the grandfather of Princess Elena who elected him as one of the members of the Grand Council.
Personality[]
He has built up a lot of stories, which always leads him to bestow this knowledge through song, with someone always on hand to give him his guitar at a moment's notice just by left up his hand. He realizes the importance of royal duties and is concerned about the weight of leadership Elena carries, trying to impress upon her the importance of guidance from others, instead of taking matters into her own hands.

Francisco and his wife, Luisa, had two daughters, one of whom birthed their first grandchild, Esteban. At some point Esteban became an orphan at a young age, with Francisco and Luisa taking care of him.
