Andrew Scott Rannells is an American actor, born on August 23, 1978, in Omaha, Nebraska. He starred as Elijah Krantz on the HBO comedy series Girls. He's also the voice of King Pepi in Disney Junior's Vampirina (starring Mitchell Whitfield and Dee Bradley Baker).
